Refunds

As we run a school, we don’t sell any product but charge some fees for teaching. If someone pays any amount other than dues by mistake, or transfers excess money to the school via online transactions due to some technical error, we refund the entire extra amount within one week.

If someone pays for transport services for the full year, but does not avail the bus facility for more than six months in any give school year, then a part of the amount could be returned after mutual consultation. A one month notice is mandatory by parents before stopping to avail the transport facility.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once it comes to our notice that any amount above the due fees has been deposited due to a human error, we will notify the concerned parent about the same.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet despite our notification, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
