Dr. Arun Prakash, a renowned educationist with over 35 years of experience, is the Founder & Chairman of Laurels International School. A National Awardee honoured by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, he has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading some of the most prestigious schools in India and abroad, including SAI International School, Bhubaneswar, and multiple Delhi Public Schools (DPS).
With a deep passion for student-centric education, Dr. Prakash envisioned a school where learning is joyful, innovation thrives, and every child reaches their full potential. In 2013, he founded Laurels International School as an independent, educator-led institution, ensuring that academic excellence, student well-being, and holistic development always remain the core focus—free from commercial influences.
The school operates under the Navyarchi Educational Society and is guided by Laurels Global, UK, integrating India’s rich educational traditions with international best practices.
An advocate for AI and emerging technologies in education, Dr. Prakash is also the Editor-in-Chief of Prizdale Times, an international speaker, and a Rotary International leader. His leadership ensures that Laurels International School is not just an institution but a movement toward progressive, inclusive, and value-based education.

Over the years, this passion has been the driving force behind my endeavours, leading me to establish Laurels International School as a beacon of excellence.
