Golgappa Party Becomes a Special Memory

At Laurels International School, Prayagraj, it wasn’t just another food event or something routine.

It was just a “golgappa party.” Nothing too grand, but there was something truly special about it. The way a simple snack brought the whole school together, the excitement you could feel in every corner, made it unforgettable. From the moment it started, there was a kind of energy in the air that you just couldn’t ignore.

The nursery and primary kids were easily the most excited of all. Ever since the announcement, they kept asking Principal Ma’am and the teachers again and again, just to make sure the event was really happening. And when the day finally arrived, their excitement was clearly visible on their faces. It was pure joy.

Everywhere you looked, there were groups of students laughing, chatting, and waiting for their turn, sharing plates and moments. It wasn’t just about the food, it was about being there, being together, and enjoying something so simple yet so meaningful.

The volunteers were busy the entire time, serving, organizing, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Their efforts didn’t go unnoticed. On the other side, the faculty also stepped in, helping out and being part of the whole experience, which made it even more special. It felt less like an “event” and more like one big family coming together.

There were little moments happening all around, with friends teasing each other, spontaneous laughter, and that constant buzz of excitement. Even the smallest interactions somehow became highlights of the day.

It was a small gathering, but it reminded us how these simple events often turn into the best memories. The kind you don’t plan, but end up remembering the most. The kind that bring out the true spirit of the campus and make everything feel alive.

It was one of those days filled with “you had to be there” moments. And now, looking back at the pictures and videos, it’s clear we created memories that will stay with us long after the spice fades.

This is Laurels, and this is what we stand for. Not just excellence in the usual sense, but creating moments that matter, moments that stay, and memories that we’ll carry forward.
